Just as we did this year on Ash Wednesday, to honor Good Friday this year we will be holding an evening hybrid gathering hosted by two homes across the Bay Area, allowing some to participate with others who are physically there, and others to join from anywhere via Zoom if that works better for them. The in-person gatherings will take place at the home of Jo and Matthan in Albany and the DeWitt home in San Mateo. Each will include an optional casual time of connection with refreshments beginning at 6:30, and then at 7:30 we will connect through Zoom for an hour of worship, prayer, and liturgy as we retell the story of Jesus’ last hours and spend time remembering his loss and reflecting on its meaning for us today.
In order to help us plan, we’d appreciate knowing how folks want to participate. Whether you want to join an in-home site or from home via Zoom, we would appreciate an RSVP through the form linked below.
