This month for our Community Conversation series, we will be reading the new book, God Is A Black Woman. In this timely, much-needed book, theologian, social psychologist, and activist Christena Cleveland recounts her personal journey to dismantle the cultural “whitemalegod” and uncover the Sacred Black Feminine, introducing a Black Female God who imbues us with hope, healing, and liberating presence. All are invited to view the film this month and join the discussion which will take place on April 24 on Zoom from 7:30 - 9 pm.
Zoom information will be published to the Haven email list or can be obtained by contacting Leah Martens.
