This year Halloween is on a 5th Sunday of the month, and at Haven, we'd love to spend some of it together! All are invited to join in a special Halloween & All Saints Day brunch at Washington Elementary during our typical Sunday morning gathering time (10:30 am - 12 pm). We will enjoy a festive outdoor intergenerational meal together, along with some special games and activities related both to Halloween and the traditional church practice of honoring and recognizing those who have gone before us commonly observed on All Saints Day (November 1st). Costumes are welcome. Like our picnic lunches, this gathering will be mask-optional, but we ask everyone to be mindful of one another's comfort levels. More details to come, but we look forward to celebrating with you. Also, please note that there will be NO Sunday gathering the following week, November 7, because of our Haven Retreat.
