As part of our current Haven Covid Safety Plan, we will be asking all who attend our in-person gatherings to answer these questions before entering. If the answers to any of these questions is yes, you’ll be asked not to enter.

Do you, or any of your children present, currently have any symptoms of COVID: fever, sore throat, cough, loss of taste/smell, nausea/vomiting/diarrhea that are unrelated to an underlying condition (such as chronic allergies, IBD, etc)?
Have you, or your children present, tested positive for COVID in the last 10 days?
Do you, or your children present, have a pending COVID test or are you waiting for results from a COVID test? Please note that routine weekly, biweekly, or monthly COVID testing for work does not apply to this situation when no known exposure has occurred.
Has anyone in your household or shared living environment tested positive for COVID in the last 14 days?
